Martin Snodgrass and Renee Warren have combined, over 40 years of experience in bankruptcy practice. Our firm predominantly represents debtors in Chapters 7, 11 and 13, and emphasizes consumer and commercial bankruptcy. MARTIN E. SNODGRASS, a partner in Snodgrass & Warren, Inc., P.S., has been practicing law since 1976. Martin’s practice emphasizes commercial litigation and bankruptcy on behalf of both creditors and debtors, having particular expertise with consumer and business Chapters 7 and 11. He is a member of the Creditor/Debtor and Real Property sections of the Seattle-King County and Washington State Bar Associations, and past-Chair of the WSBA Creditor-Debtor section. He has presented numerous CLE seminars on bankruptcy issues, and was selected to present the “Best of the CLEs” to the Centennial WSBA Convention. He has been selected by Washington Law and Politics magazine as a Washington State “Super Lawyer.” He authored Collection Law and Enforcement of Judgments in Washington, and is the author of two chapters in Washington Law Deskbooks for Lawyers. Martin is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound and the University of Washington School of Law.
RENEE C. WARREN, a partner in Snodgrass & Warren, Inc., P.S., has been practicing law since 1987. Renee’s practice is limited to consumer bankruptcy matters with an emphasis on representing debtors in Chapters 7 and 13. Renee is a graduate of the University of Washington and Willamette University College of Law, and is a member of the Local Bankruptcy Rules Committee.
